Bodre was charged along with co-defendant Luis Emilio Paula-Jiminez, 23, also of New York, after an incident on Halloween 2024, when Bodre reportedly pushed a FedEx delivery driver on Ashel Court and grabbed a package.

He then tried to flee in a getaway car but deputies intercepted him and Paula-Jimenez, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said. Both were taken into custody.
Paula-Jiminez was charged with one count each of complicity to commit robbery and complicity to commit theft, according to court records. His trial is scheduled for Jan. 27.
